I have an appt this afternoon. He could have gotten me right now except I'm working. I always get my brakes done here. He is the most reasonable and keeps very good records. He will know exactly when I was there last. Yes, the place is not modern or sleek, but the service and quality are the best. You know kind of like restaurants: some of the worst looking hole in the wall places serve the best food.

So it's that crappy metal on metal sound that makes you shutter - "oh s**t - this is gonna be expensive" After looking at a bunch of other brake places and their good-bad reviews I decided to go with budget brakes - because you know it sounds cheaper ! Having issues with your brakes can be frustrating. The bill that comes with getting them fixed can be shocking. Having a great service team who not only know what is required to keep you safe on the road in your vehicle, but take the time to slow you the issues, present and explain a variety of options, and are friendly and helpful throughout the process is a rare find in an overly saturated auto repair market. Budget Brakes went above and beyond for me last week. I took my vehicle in about 3 months ago for rotor and pad replacement. An issue came up that we believe was related to their service during the original work performed. They stood behind their warranty and even did better than I expected. Even with the issue that came up as a result of their work, they fixed it and made it right. I would totally bring my vehicle back for them to work on. Good to know there are still companies out there that you can trust. Well done Guys!

Incredibly helpful and provided great service in a timely manner. They clearly communicated the issues with my brakes and did not upcharge me or try to drive up the price by identifying fake car issues.

I was picking up a used truck from a private owner. I was told it had a brake fluid leak. They put it up on a rack on Saturday morning and gave it a thorough inspection-no charge! Right away. Great service.
