Car has never run the same after taking it in. It started to shake on the highway. Overheard another customer come in and complain about the same thing after having them service his car... Had to take it to another shop and get the tires rebalanced, they said they were all super off. My brakes make a nice screeching noise when i stop too. They are not honest. do not go here.... ever

wouldn't let them fix my car I see how they drive them past my house everyday going way too fast and reckless, afraid to let my kids out by the street.
Very rude to me, technician was disrespectful to me and I had never had a technician talk to me like that before. Please don't give them the opportunity to work on your car. Their attitude SUCKS!
I have to downgrade them as I took my car to Kwik Kar on Charlotte to get the front brake pads replaced, per Budget Brakes suggestion that one was wearing down, and my friends at Kwik Kar (where I should have gone in the beginning except I didn't realize they did brakes) said there's 60% left on both sides! And they would have charged me $30 less for ceramic brake pads instead of the metal ones I got here. Lesson learned and a customer for life for Kwik Kar.
