From the first call with Anthony, to the second call with Nathan, and the free brake check to the budget plan the service at this South Pkwy Budget Brake location was top notch! Everyone I encountered was personable, kind, and understanding. While I waited we discussed world cup soccer and listened to old country faavs! I truly appreciated the budget plan, otherwise I would have to delay the needed work. Budget Brakes on South Parkway in Huntsville Alabama is a great place to take your car for not just brakes, but different repairs. Nathan was awesome and the customer service was great. I give them a 100 for the awesome job they did. I will be going back when I need repairs done to my car.
