Appointment started on time, there was total transparency I was told upfront the cost of the project and that was what I paid. The job was completed within 1.5 hours from time of arrival until I checked out so super quick.

Wonderful customer service and reasonable price. Got a brake inspection bc brakes were making a noise. Changed front and back pads. Total 45 min. Highly recommend

They put the wrong parts on my truck, which caused my ( ABS ) sensor to malfunction. And when they realized their mistake. They still charged me an expensive price. They shouldn't have charged me anything, since they couldn't do the job correctly the first time.

Went for alignment and tire rotation. A 45 minute quoted time took over 2 hours. On the drive home, the steering wheel was worse than when I took it in. Approximately 90 degrees to the right like I was making a right turn in order to drive straight. Wasn’t charged for the alignment b/c the technician said they were unable to properly align. Wouldn’t have been an issue except the steering wheel was so far off. Didn’t call/take it back because I didn’t have another two hours to wait.
