Had the interaction with Billy who told me I need pads and rotors. I objected more than once but he pressured me into getting them. I told him to give me the parts they took off of my car. Took them to another brake shop to inspect them. The front rotors did not need replacing. I went back to tell Billy and after during our conversation, he cuss me to my face. I came in with my brakes working fine my front brake pads were thin so I wanted them changed out ,I also asked since I was there to check my back brakes he they looked okay but the one on the left had a crack in it so I told him to change both of them..About 2 hours had gone by and I start wondering what was taking so long ,so when I went to check he was looking at a picture he had taken before he had taken the brakes apart,because he said he had never worked on drum brakes before.If he had told me that from the beginning I ... read more
