The manager explained what was wrong, what should be fixed and how much it would cost. I found out I didn’t need everything done the dealership had told me. I feel the manager and crew are ethical, honest, efficient and the price was very good.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Tyler, David, and Zachary for doing an outstanding job on my vehicle. I originally came in thinking the noise I heard from my front tires was due to the brakes, but it turned out to be an issue with my suspension—something I had previously paid over $1,700 to have repaired at a dealership. The visit started off wrong as the service guy asked what kind of “work” that I do. I assume he asked as I’ve brought in several different vehicles for repair over the last few weeks. This made me completely uncomfortable. The staff inside are very inattentive, forgetting to check customers in after sitting 20-30 mins while waiting. Also, once the break inspection is done they take forever to get to you, to let you know what’s going on.
