I purchased my car two months ago but had to go on vacation for a month but before leaving they called me to follow up to make sure I didn't have questions. I still needed my alarm installed by they said it was fine that they would be able to install it when I returned. When I came back I called and Michelle Garcia answered she was very nice and was able to set my appointment to install my alarm no hassles and when I arrived it only took 40 min. Very happy with this dealer ship will be coming back to sure.
My entire car purchase experience was smooth, trouble free and stress free. I was greeted promptly at the scheduled appointment with a friendly and professional attitude. Neither the sales manager or the finance specialist, Sandra attempt to force anything that I did not want. In fact they accommodated my needs with a positive outcome. What a large selection of vehicles! Impossible not to find what you're looking for.
Brought my 2016 for its first oil change, I was pleased from the point of scheduling in which Elizabeth was very helpful to its service visit. Everyone was very nice and were happy to assist me. I love my Nissan!
I called in to schedule an appointment,and Elizabeth from service mentioned Saturday is one of their busy days, and that they are also open sundays. I appreciate the feedback and conviently works best for me. I came in on sunday for my first oil change,staff was friendly and was out in no time. Great customer service at Buena Park Nissan.
Just bought my Altima and needed to install the tint. I called and Michele Garica helped me set my appointmnet she made sure that it was completly done before calling me. They even washed my car. i would recomened this place for their great service.
Just purchases my 2016 Sentra and I loved it the price and everything but it did have some scratches. Thankfully Buena Park Nissa took care of everything. Michelle Garcia called for follow up and set my appointment and they where able to remove the sratches. Thanks for everything will be coming back for my car services here for sure!!!
I can only say amazing things... Mario Solis, the salesman. I got 100% attention from him. I came in looking for a car i thought i wanted, and left with the one i fell in love with. Buena Park Nissan, you have an amazing staff, besides Mario, there was many other salesmen making sure i was getting the service i was deserved????
I came here and bought my first car everyone here seems to car about you. I found a few scratches on my car at the time of the purchase and was told they where going to fix it. A day after a girl named Michelle G called me to set an appointment to see the scratches I went and they where able to buff them out. Very nice people that care. I'm a happy customer with my new Altima!
