It's been great to go back to Buena Park Nissan for service the last time I went in was about three years ago. When I first purchased my Nissan Versa, I am glad I decided to go back. They have a very friendly staff.
I received a call from a young lady named Jocelyn offering me a special on service for my car. I decided to try out the service, honestly it was great. I plan on taking my vehicle there for future service.
It's always nice to bring in my Nissan to Buena Park . Service is fast and Advisor always lets me know what type of maintenance I'll need in the future. Elizabeth in service enrolled me in the Nissan One to One program, it was nice of her to explain how it works. The staff is great and is the reason I will be back like always.
I got a letter from Nissan stating that my vehicle had a recall. Elizabeth in service helped me out with some information needed to take care of my recall. I was setup with an appointment and was even given a complimentary wash. I was pleased with the service and they treated me like i always serviced my vehicle here. I will definitely be returning back to buena park Nissan.
What a welcoming environment, have bought a car here before came in for my second car Rick Cisneros is such a sweet heart, answered all my questions and helped me get into a 2016 sentra.
From the time I walked in to the time I walked out Rick kept me feeling comfortable and I will be recommending my friends to him!
