After a long day of being at the dealership, i received a follow up call from Jenny Reynoso to see how my experience was. i explained it wasn't so pleasant because i was with my baby and the wait time was way too long. She understood me and was able to get me a Nissan Key chain. She didn't have to do anything at all but that small gesture proves that Buena Park Nissan cares about their customers.

We were shopping at several dealerships for a new Nissan Rogue and feel that we got a great deal at Buena Park Nissan. Our sales guy, Joseph Chahine, went way out of his way to show me the car I wanted and to make sure I knew how to operate everything. I enjoyed my experience with the purchase of my new car. In particular, my salesperson who was Joseph Chahine. I made an appointment with him and he made sure to follow up with me the day before and the day of our appointment. He was very encouraging to me as well as positive. I was nervous going in and he put me at ease.
Grest Sales person (Joseph Chahine), he did his best to answer our questions. Only discrepancy was the price listed on website, that's when the assistant sales manager stepped in. We were told we had to pay for extras such as door guards, and "convenience package", even though we brought a print out of the website that showed already included. we got charged $1,999 but we're given a "discount" of $1,000 We ended up getting the car because we needed it, but left the dealership with a bad taste in our mouths.
I loved this dealership and its staff especially my salesperson Joseph Chahine. One of my family members had a big objection to me purchasing the car. Joseph saw that I was very upset over the conversation I was having with my family member. He asked if he could talk to them and of course I let him.
