Poor service on a Monday empty night who ever owns this must not like their money because at this rate you my friend are destined to fail this is second time i thought the first was maybe an off night but again today no way
Just wasted 40 min for 6 wings and I was only able to get one beer. Don’t come here for college basketball. It’s as if they have no idea what they are doing.
Service was poor. Also you can only order burgers medium well??!! The bartender told me that's the healthy way to eat it. Because I guess all the wings and fries and onion rings they serve are healthy for you too.
The service could have been better. My medium burger was well done. The food itself was not very good and my son either got food poisoning or had a meal that did not agree with him. Sorry... Won't be going back.
Tonight was the second time I went to this location and it was the worst service. Our waitress did not write down our order so half our order was forgotten. She never came to check on us to see how we were doing, mind you our cups were empty and were never refilled. We waited.. and waited.. she walked past us 4 times and never said a word.. finally she walked over to us and handed us our bill. Baffled by how customers are treated by their servers. I will never go to this location again.
Worst experience at this location! Food was terrible, service was terrible and the staff completely unorganized! Not once, but twice we got the wrong order (someone else’s), traditional wings were drenched in sauce(s) which we had to wipe off. We asked for a manager, never got one and was told the wings were drenched because they are busy in the back! Just got back from taking our food to go. They forgot to pack us vegetables that we ordered, and half of my boneless chicken has no sauce on it. Very disappointing. Only getting 2 stars because my husbands meal was good.
