Since new management, I have to admit, not the same!!!!!
The food was great. The service was horrible. I had to ask who my waoter was. Then placed order an I want to say we waited 45 minutes to an hour for our food. I literally took my food home.
Today I went out for lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings in Woodbridge. I am very disappointed with the service. The food was amazing, but the service was horrible. The waitress had such a nasty attitude. In the middle of my meal I asked for a water. When I was served the water, I saw a fly in my cup. When someone puts a fly in my food, that is just disgusting. I told the waitress about the bug and she gave me new water. I am very disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings!
A friend of my said service was great on a Sunday and the Male Manager very attentive as were the staff. Since we had repeatedly had to wait for food at the Linden location I decided to give this one a chance. 45 minutes before the food arrived at our table at the place only had max 5 tables going after 4pm. 2/14/2017 Saw the manager once and that was to give the table next to us something to occupy their time. This place is gross. My 11 year got onion rings and they had 2 long hairs in them. The pork sandwich my husband ordered was bland and I feel sick after eating the cheese burger. Stay away!
We normally go there for a team get together with our families. This time the experience was so bad that we have decided not to visit again. They said that there was no one to serve a section, so it was closed. Meanwhile there were 40 odd people waiting for a seat. We were a group of 12. We called ahead at 530P to request a booking, but were told that none was necessary and that they would seat us soon. Upon arrival at 730, we were told 45 minutes to be seated.
