Overpriced. Waited very long for food. Waited longer for another beer. I guess its my fault..All I have is money.
Worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I've eaten at lots of them before and have always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I was craving wings all day, and ended up being very disappointed with my food. Ordered large traditional wings, 15 classic mild Buffalo and 5 garlic. Asked for them to be cooked crispy. I got a plate of wings that were lukewarm at best, were mushy (which is the opposite of crispy) and were completely bathed in sauce so that it was impossible to distinguish between the two types of wings I ordered.... read more
Shift managers need to be educated about team work and customer service. They at some point started at the bottom and should set examples to their team , however I don't think that is covered in their management training. The food was like warm and I ordered my wings extra crispy and they were not. This is on top of waiting an hour for my food.
I was out and figured I'd call ahead my order. I was put on hold, and 8:00 later, I arrived and hung up the phone. Walked in and placed my order. Looking around they didn't appear to be as busy as I would have originally thought, since my phone call was put on hold. They appeared to be adequately staffed, so that just added confusion to my frustration. They're all at least pleasant.
The servers acted like they were on a playground and paid no attention to their tables. The manager didn't help at all when a guest at my table wasn't satisfied with her meal. He was very rude to be honest and couldn't care less what was going on in the establishment. Our waiter told us he had to step outside because another waitresses boyfriend was there and he had to "protect her". Service was very slow. I didn't care for what I ordered and the manager never came over and asked what was wrong or if he could get me anything else. The server was running around outside with 3 other servers and then came back in and proceeded to lie about why he was outside. Asked 3 times what we ordered to drink and then told us he was going to get in trouble because they had to comp my meal because I didn't like it. I don't suggest going there for any reason. Very disappointing.
It was my bday & our waitress made sure me & my mom were celebrating happily! & the way they all sang to me... no way everyone didn't know it was my bday! Lol
I love the place however the servers act like they don't want to be there. I was served warm beer and it took forever to get the side dishes. Also took forever for the waitress to see if everything's okay and if we needed anything. The hostess didn't even know it was half priced Wings Tuesday night.
