Honestly I will never come back to this location. Although the one waitress who wasn't even serving us was more than happy to help, the service was awful. Our waitress did not come to check on us once, didn't even bring our food out and when it did come it was so cold. The waitress then brought out the same food that we went back and did not even ask how our food was. Although service may be short, there is no excuse for this behavior.

Good food, friendly service! Good place to come and watch sports, also clean and kid-friendly. This was our first time visiting this location and will come back.
This place is famous for poor service. It's almost comical. As you walk in you may wait 15 minutes as servers walk by before someone comes to seat you. I've walked out 3 times after the half empty restaurant failed to have anyone seat my family. If you are lucky enough to get a table service is hit or miss. They have a good craft beer selection but sadly the tap lines aren't cleaned and the beer is sometimes flat and warm.
I've been to this location before and they never disappoint. The bartender, Maria, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive and very professional. I had 2 different managers, Michelle and Greg, both stop by to see how everything was. The entire staff is so friendly and the restaurant is impeccably clean! I highly recommend this location!

Are we are we in Manhattan or Parsippany? This is up charging in an unfortunate way! Gotta love franchises! Not, my last time there.

Dirty don't plan on eating unless you don't mind seating yourself and breaking up the 5 employees in the corners conversation we moved ourself 3 times to be told we couldn't sit in that area it needed to be cleaned when it was the only clean area in sight
Went with a group of friends on a road trip. 20 mins until waitress even asked if we wanted drinks. By the time we actually got food and finished and ready to pay, we had been there for 2 hours. We had a 3 hour ride home and really wanted to get out of there, and our waitress never came to collect our payment. We had to flag down another waitress so we could leave. Never come here
