Decent food, decent service. Wings are good, side salad was very good. Not many salad dressings to choose from.
I wanted something quick and easy for lunch and ordered the 10 piece buffalo wings online. When I arrived I parked in the lot. I walked into the takeout side, and the food was ready. When I dug in it was good til I saw a hair in my food! Had to throw the rest away
Purchased a couple bottles of BWW hot sauce at the takeout window upon receiving my receipt i was charged 1 dollar takeout charge asked the manager and was told any takeout order are charged extra taking a bottle off the shelf and handing it to me is an extra charge unbelievable. Scam if i ever saw one. I'm a regular customer at BWW makes me 2nd guess about going back.
This place sucks. It does not feel clean, it is dark and dirty. poor service, food lukewarm and came out at Different times. Also the QR menu is not user friendly and the menu after Covid is lacking ( not the locations fault, just BWW in general) we went during March Madness with a ton of basketball on and they chose to put the sound on for hockey instead. 0/5 do not recommend. Rockaway location is better. Not coming back here.
Adam at the bar took good care of me. I had a couple ice teas and zero judgement. Got food take away and looks amazing. I am a fan.

The food was on point and so were our drinks. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Marlena was our waiter and she was the absolute best. Will definitely be coming back and asking for her again!
1. Food: Excellent. Nicely prepared & presented. Great, plump, juicy wings; stuffed quesadillas; generous salads. The wings with rub were outstanding! 2. Service: Spotty, variable.
