I swear this place is always a problem. Again today they short my order. I ordered 30 wings and they only gave us 25. This place is an utter disaster, I can only hope it closes to save people from the constant issues here.
Grabbed dinner here with some friends tonight and everything was great. Our server Tony was friendly and answered all of our questions about the menu. Food came out quick and was delicious. We'll definitely be back!
some nights everything is great and others not so much. one time i went for the buy 1 wing get another and ordered the six boneless wings and wanted the same exact thing as the free one.. i guess the waitress misunderstood and brought us 24 wings which was okay but i think when i ordered i made it very clear that i only wanted an order of 6. that waitress only came to the table to drop off the drinks, food, and check. she did not check on us once or even look at us when she walked by. it took 45 mins for the check and all i ... read more
So this place went downhill FAST. I used to come here all the time to watch games and chow down on wings and it was always a place with friendly staff and good service, but alas it is no more. Came in during a moderately busy NFL Sunday (not the busiest I've seen here by far but not dead either). 3 different servers walked past as we awkwardly stood by the door, not giving us even a single glance. came in to watch the games during lunch and had the pleasure of waiting awkwardly near the front door, as employees walked past and didn't come to seat me. Flagged down a server who told me I could sit anywhere , either "hightops or tables" ... who knew this seat selection would lead to every server in the section ignoring me. 25 minutes have passed and I'm looking for a new spot to watch the games. avoid this location
Our server Chris was great, very attentive and quick! Our drinks and food came also came out quick. Recommend coming to this BWW!
