Went here for late dinner after a long day and young waitress Kristine or Kristy ... she was absolutely great. She was funny and provided us with amazing service and I don't get to say that about much. I love her and she is the reason I'd come back aside from the delicious food. Not only did she seem like she enjoyed her job, it rubbed off on us and made us happy customers. Thank you waitress
I had great service this evening. The wings were delicious and the beer was cold. I was pleased with the availability of wet naps and ranch dressing. Sidney offered great service and I can't wait to come back.
I have had the worst service experience at this location that I've had in my ENTIRE life!! I normally don't leave reviews but I really have to this time. I was with two people, we ordered and it takes about an hour to get our food (it wasn't even THAT busy) and we notice all of our orders are wrong. She takes the food back, and 30 minutes later she comes back with the wrong plates again. Third time is NOT a charm, because it was wrong again after waiting another 20 minutes. BWW is my favorite place for beers and wings!! I love it! Also Miguel was the best server ever. Miguel took great care of us, my drinks were never empty and got us everything we needed. Even though he had other tables he made us feel like we were his only table. Great service & super friendly environment.
We're not from the area but we do like eating out at different places. We go to a local BWW in CT and the one here in Jersey has a great vibe and setup. Kimberly was our waitress today and she was very attentive and pleasant, which we always appreciate. Great wings, and tasty mushrooms! If we come through again, this will definitely be a stop!
Honestly; everything is always good here but service tonight was 3/10, our waitress Angelica was great when it came to checking on us and seeing if we needed anything. But God forbid you asked her for a lid or a to-go bag or to even give us the check. She took 15-20 minutes each time she was asked to bring something. Besides, she forgot to bring our sauces for the wings, and took like 20 min to bring those.
Amazing experience tonight here. Our waiter Justin was phenomenal. He was quick and was super nice. He did everything an amazing waiter would! Thank you Justin, we will definitely be back!
This place is the best place to get wings but the service here is a little bit fishy but beside that you his place is awesome and could hardly stay away if i want some wings.
Awesome place to come on Tuesdays , half off wings can't beat , so many choices for sauce it took me forever to decide . Service here is awesome, staff is friendly, funny and fast . The beer on tap selection is crazy , so many drafts to choose from . Highly recommend bringing friends and family here. Will not regret.
