Shockingly bad service. First time at this location for lunch. Was fairly quiet when we arrived. First we were promised a table in 2 minutes then next server said it would be 20 minutes. Barman was totally overrun yet polite and helpful - he explained they were short-staffed. Took forever to get a table and then we just sat there waiting for service. Good wings but other items not so much My wife and I decided to head over to BWW on Rt 46 for a casual dinner and an adult beverage or two. I had the pepper jack steak wrap and my wife had a burger. I have had wings at BWW many times at various BWWs and they are always very, very good, and my trip to this restaurant recently makes me feel that's the way to go. My best experience here, Olivia was top notch server. We were greeted with smiles and free iPads type games for the kids. Olivia alerted me that I could get a happy hour order in and save some $. Service was fastest I've ever seen and refills arrived before I could even ask. Quick service with a smile, does it get any better!?
Love this place! Outstanding service, food is always fresh and hot. Was expecting it to be busy but we got right in and was welcomed by Reesy. She made sure our drinks were cold and food was perfect. Definitely will be coming back.
Always good food. Our waiter disappeared. Clean. Bring a sweater it's cold inside during summer.

We had an awesome experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings tonight, and I'm hoping that this review will help other families. Ever since my daughter was born my husband and I have had a hard time getting good service when eating out with our daughter. It has been frustrating and has meant we typically get take out. Always love me some Cluck U. The Parsippany location is gutted and empty, however. Not sure if this is a short-term renovation or if they're gone.
Beer, Wings, Sports!! Ok you had me at Beer!! But your wings are tremendous and you got Big Screen T.V.s everywhere that I look! This place is awesome as far as I'm concerned. Service here is on point with refills and they're super friendly. I've visited my share of BWWs and I find this to be one of my favorites. Come and get your Munch on!!
