I typically love coming here! The staff is always so nice I came here on 1/21 and I had a very bad experience. The bartender was so rude and gave me and my party of 9 incorrect information about the happy hour prices. Her name was Kim at the end of the night she was so nasty.

I come here often and i have to say that the bartender Reesy has got to be the best bartender i have had at a chain restaurant. She has a great memory on what i like to drink and she is very personable. Always serves me with a smile. She has never gotten my order wrong and has made custom orders for me as well. I have to give her a A+++ for her service. This is why i keep coming back to this location.

Have been to this location a few times. Most times, the service is meh and the food is good. The last time we went a week ago, the service was excellent, but my wings felt off. I ordered the boneless with two different sauces. They took forever to come out and the waiter was apologetic. When they finally arrived, on the first attempt to cut into a wing I knew it was not going to be a good experience. I should not have to get a workout attempting to cut a boneless chicken wing. Had an amazing first time experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! Thanks to the take out server, Giselle! She was so nice & so helpful on trying to decide what to eat! 10/10 recommend her service!!

The service is absolutely horrible. Regardless of what day or time of day you come. There is a general apathetic attitude from the hostess, to the wait staff and bartenders. Like most chains the food is pre-prepared so it shouldn't take forever and a day to get it. Apps and mains arrive at the same time, you're lucky if you get the beer you ordered 20 minutes ago. Two stars because the food isn't terrible.

Food is good but service was a bit slow. They have a separate take out area which is a nice plus.
