We had a very hectic & frustrating move into our new house and ******* literally came from out of the darkness (we temporarily had no electricity) and not only was very thorough with the explanation of the entire system but introduced us to a program we had never been involved with (we never had a security system before) and now we don't know how (or why) we didn't get one before. ******* explained the system before the set up and once the techs showed up it was easy for us to understand. Now we feel more secured than ever.
