First and foremost customer service is second to none... I own the extreme duty 8 inch drop hitch with BP Flip ball and the sway flip ball setup. I’ve owned the hitch for over 2 years and towed everything from small commuter cars to 10-15k with it and couldn’t be more satisfied! I will soon be purchasing their stabilizer bars for my 2011 ram 3500 Laramie just to take the small amount of play out of the hitch to receiver connection. I am very impressed with my hitch. The packaging was also topnotch.
Tough, attractive, no gimmicks. Had other adjustable HD hitches, but this is much cleaner and simpler than the competition. Customer service second to none! 2.5” shank, heavy duty, 6” drop with sway control ball mount.
I really think it’s built amazing, I only wish they came with locking pins for everything. I feel like when you spend $400 on a hitch it should come standard with locking pins instead of spending an extra $100+ for 3 of them
Great quality product and great Customer Service
I had an issue with 2 locking pins. I submitting my video at their request, and I had two new ones in less than a week. (They were within the warranty time frame) Outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend!
