I purchased a hitch off the website, I followed the directions and got the recommend hitch. I needed it quickly and paid for the expedited shipping. Package arrived as promised and the the hitch is very sturdy and can handle the weight and load I need to haul my trailer. Happy with the website and the follow up emails I have received. Very nice hitch!! Exactly what I needed. I tow different trailers with different trucks and was tired of having a different hitch for each application. This covers all the different towing situations in one package.
