Well built, super heavy-duty! Mine was a little long, but, nothing a chopsaw couldn't shorten up! (and that was my fault for mis-measuring)
Great customer service and a company that actually stands behind their products. Had a small issue with my hitch and was not holding up to their standards so they asked me to send it back. They replaced it free of charge and paid all shipping charges. Literally no one does that anymore! Just can’t say enough about how great this company is.
