Had hitch fail less than month and had to submit photos and weight of what was being towed(All well below specks). Then asked to return hitch while waiting for replacement to come. Or buy one and they will refund when old arrives. "No Hassle Warranty" Need to remove that from advertising.

Locking pins seized up and will not rotate. Less than a year old and I make it a point to lube them every time I switch sizes which is about once a week. Disappointed to say the least as I’ll most likely have to cut them off. Hoping they at least work on their design.
