RecommendedLove the hitch. Nice quality, heavy duty. I do not like the delivery service you’re using. Go with UPS and not USPS. It takes way too long to get the order.

They front their company as American designed, manufactured, distributed… They are just hitches made in China. Not worth the price.

However, as our company has grown significantly, we’ve had to scale production to meet demand—something that required expanding manufacturing beyond the U.S. Today, our products are made in several countries, including China. they claim warranty on their products, but when I reached out about a broken hitch they sold me, they stopped communication. its not bullet proof and no warranty.

Purchased this hitch just over a year ago. Purchased the expensive 3 Set (keyed) lock set. All three locks are frozen. I called customer service and the best they could do was to tell me that a grinder will cut them off and to offer me a 10% discount that ‘management’ will offer on a new lock set. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Buyer beware! I will NEVER do business with this company again. They absolutely do not stand behind their product.
Had hitch fail less than month and had to submit photos and weight of what was being towed(All well below specks). Then asked to return hitch while waiting for replacement to come. Or buy one and they will refund when old arrives. "No Hassle Warranty" Need to remove that from advertising.
