Clean your fryer oil!!!! Hire a evening manager that gives a crap about customer complaints! Definitely won't be going back
I am a mother of teenagers so I completely understand that a lot of young kids are in the "learning stage" of employment when working in fast food, however, I have to say that either they are not being trained properly or no one seems to care at this establishment. If I could give a zero rating I would. We asked for no mayo on the whopper... still had mayo. Chicken nuggets tasted like trash. Ordered a shake.. they never made it so when we tried to ask for our shake every employee ignored us. The employees are rude. The food was trash. Usually the food is pretty decent however tonight it was awful.
3 times in a row, before 9 am, can't have a biscuit, because they sold their last one already. This is all you have to do...make breakfast. Can't even get that right. Call and complain, they either don't care, hang up, or offer a free item that they can't even give to you, because they are out.
For the 3rd time in a row, our order has been wrong. We checked in the parking lot and thought we had lucked out - but while the burgers were right, nothing on them was. I jusy love paying for invisible bacon! I wont even bother calling to complain - we will just avoid this particular store from now on.
Just went there and nobody would help us. At least 5 people were standing around doing nothing!!. Worst service I have ever had in this town.
Normally we have no problems but the last two times we ordered onion rings they been soggy at best, what happened to crispy onion rings...
I went there on 9/14/17 and ordered a chicken sandwich but the middle of the chicken was not done and kinda raw still will rethink to stop in at Burger King from now on.
