Went thru the drive thru and ordered 5 for $4 and the whopper meal for two. Got home and we didn't have the bacon cheeseburger. My wife called and they said they would replace it at a later date or we could come back and get it. We live 6 miles away so she said she would get a credit. The guy said let me get a manager. The manager said that we had to come back that day or they would do nothing. He was very rude and when my wife was hanging up she heard him say next time check the bag. Very upset I Paid for 10 chicken nuggets and only got 9.. This is why you only get minimum wage. I can't recall how many times I've had my orders messed up, and you can't put the exact number of chicken nuggets in a piece of paper that you said you did. not impressed.

I was just at this burger king usually I don't have anything bad to say but this time I not happy. We had to pull up to wait for about 10 minutes for our food. Now this is not an issue assuming that we are waiting for fresh food. Nothing we got was fresh or even hot. Everything was cold the fries tasted like shit and old. We ordered a grilled chicken burger and it was cold to the touch. If I'm told to pull forward and waiting that long for food I'd expect It to be fresh.
