Today service SUCKED over the noon hour. I was in drive through for over 15 mins over 7 of which was at the order speaker! I finally pulled away to the window to see if there was a problem with the intercom or something to be informed that no they just had a large crowd walk inside and was taking care of them first. I saw at least 8 cars leave the drive through lane while I sat at the speaker.
