Great service getting the flights I wanted and then a large refund when sickness made me cancel
I'm a three time user of this service and always a great experience. They look to match itinerary to your needs, and they cost match, or beat many other services on price. When I had an issue with Lufthansa (a problem Lufthansa created on its own), Business Travel Group stepped in and worked the issue out with the airline, and kept communicating with me the entire time. Love that kind of customer service, and you should demand that as well.

Had the pleasure of working with *** on our upcoming trip to *****. Traveling during peak season and waiting until now to book for Dec 2022 I knew we may not be able to get tickets within our budget, BUT *** came through!!
