Helpful with answering questions. Not completely clear on how the tickets take long to assign. Was not sure of when to expect emails or completion of the assigning of tickets. On top of the cost, a bag fee is expected! 1 bag per passenger should be included; regardless of economy flight or otherwise.
Very helpful rep. got things done on the same day.

The company was wonderful and super professional. My travel advisor was Dasan N.. He was a super star and I cannot say enough good things. For unrelated reasons my plans changed mid-trip and Dasan interrupted his own vacation to fix my problem and even follow up to make sure everything was ok. I will never travel again without booking through Dasan. He found me the best deals multiple times and really cares about the people he is helping and provides consistent personalized superior services.
