I have never used travel agent for my international flight. I guess I hit a jackpot using BTG for the first time. I told them what me and my wife are looking for and they deliver. Ace was good. He was professional and helpful. My flight is not until four months away and we are set to go. I will use them again if everything go as planned.
I always appreciate the representatives great work and pleasant attitude. I am notified promptly if any changes to my itinerary. In this crazy travel world it is not an easy task.
A fine company they are what they say they are and I saved $1000.00. Tickets in less than two hours on a major carrier. Pick your flights and your seats. There were less expensive options available but my dates were firm. ****** was excellent.
Had a fantastic experience with BTG. *************************** was patient and respectful. Even though we changed things multiple times, he was never flustered and delivered above our expectations. I highly recommend BTG and will be recommending to our friends and will be back for more tickets.
Very helpful in booking with my miles/points on AmEx, etc. Also, found best route and times. However, flight was changed recently and will make the trip longer and less relaxing. But, I don't know if this had anything to do with them, or would have happened if I had gone straight through the airline. Flights change frequently anyway. Will definitely use them again.

I found them by accident, and was I fortunate. Service was outstanding no BS nothing but straight forward honest service. The price we paid could not be beat. The employee who took care of ** ****** was fabulous, and I was thrilled to give him an unasked for tip. This is a great company and I will always use them in the future. Great new service.
My second time using this service. The first -- for Athens - saved me at least 4K from the fares that I found myself. This one -- for India via Qatar - saved me well over 5K. I'm absolutely using them again, and I highly recommend them. I used Jane, who is nothing short of a miracle worker.
Generally, good and prompt service. I would have given 5 star except for the fact that the initial quotes did not work and had to receive second and third quote before it went through with the airline. Also, my first leg of my domestic ticket turned out to be economy comfort instead of business class. Although I was expecting better savings, I saved about $1,500 for a round trip flight from ******** to ***** compared to direct purchase on the airline site, so it was satisfactory.
