The criminal record on my credit deprived me of so many opportunities along side nineteen hard inquiries and about fifteen derogatory items which messed up my report and lowered my credit score to low 500s. During the build process of our home, selections were made and verbal agreements were communicated; which were expected to be in our new home. Photographs of the house were the selling point and choice for the home purchase but were not met in the build process. Changes were expected to happen but were never communicated to the buyers until after completion. Unethical Business. Unable to submit review on their actual website even though I signed in. They keep accepting applications for the same property even though you have the deposit available. They won’t accept the deposit unless you view the property. You can’t view the property because it’s not vacant. They need the tenant to agree but you better get the right person because ours has tried for days to get something scheduled & they currently don’t have any properties to view other than 2beds. worst company ever. charged me an unjust amount to basically renovate the apartment and added $200 to paint, $300 to replace 11 year old carpet that had cigarette burns when I moved in. and even after paying $400 to break my lease they charges me the next months prorated rent and electric with it. they also charged me to fix a garbage disposal that was rusty as heck when I moved in and sounded like crap. when I went to change the air filter for the first time after move in there was cat litter a towel and 2 bowls in the spac... read more

No stars given. I paid $400 to get out of my lease and was charged $3,040 2 months later $300 for carpets that were 11 years old and had burn holes when I moved in and $200 to paint BC they don't paint your apartment like most before you move in they just wipe the tar off the walls a little. The dish washer smelled like an ash tray when I moved in and there was a pile of cat litter bowls and a towel behind our air until when I went change the filter for the first time.They also charged me to replace a garbage disposal that w... read more
