horrible landlords and things broke they refused to fix them. Also the office people are rude as hell. Please do not rent from them they will black list your name on any new houses and lie about it.

6 weeks to lease renewal call at least 2 times to see what’s up with the lease

Called about my fridge not working and literally 3-4 minutes later a guy was calling me saying he’d be there in a few minutes. Issue fixed fast and now I have a working fridge. Thank you!

Every time I call they give me a hard time and have a really bad attitude, it doesn’t really seem like they care too much about their renters. I stopped going to the office because they were so rude and unprofessional. All of my calls were about maintenance repairs and again they didn’t seem like they cared that much about it and it’s hard to get in touch with them. I called one Thursday afternoon 2 hours before they closed and was put on hold for almost 2 hours.

The ladies that work the front desk in the rental office are very patient and courteous. I had a lot of questions about the lease contract and they never used an irritated tone of voice or tried to shuffle me off to someone else. On more than one occasion, Jackie hunted down the person who could help me to make sure contact was made. They are the best; you should hire more people like them. There was a lack of communication at every step of the application process. I was told the process time would be 45 minutes. It took 3 days and I had to call each time for an update. All needed information such as expenses and up front fees were not provided. Each time I called, I was given new information. This was by far the most difficult rental process I have ever experienced.

MILITARY BEWARE!!! PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! This is going to be a long drawn out rant of my experience with this business so to do some of you a favor with time constraints I will highlight the big points and then proceed to tell my story: This business does not have the typical contracts between them and the homeowners that most property managers do. Unfortunately, Byers & Harvey, Inc. was not allowed to perform any maintenance duties on the home. The owner, or his own vendors, were the only ones allowed to handle any and all maintenance. Our company was hired to find renters and collect payment. The owner also dictated the rent amount and the pet fee amount. The *****s were excellent tenants and left the home in great shape. MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVADING TAX TO NO AVAIL. I am not proud of this I have tried avoiding My Taxes successfully for quite some years now. But it finally caught up to me and it affected my credit score. Added to that , my Son used my name to take out some student loans and never paid back. Everything was so bad I felt my world tearing apart. This financial problem was also affecting my marriage, but thanks to my loving wife who looked passed all the problems.
