I have worked with Joseph for a long time, from purchasing my home and also several mortgage refinance. He is very competent, he talks you out of bad options and always evaluates/ brings you better option. I have referred him to family and friends and will continue to do so :)

We had an amazingly smooth and successful experience working with Joseph in the last few years We have done mortgage financing and refinancing 3 times with him so far. Two main things I would like to point out . 1) We were taken care of with the best rates the market had to offer, everytime. I always compare the rate from other sources. I have been working with Joseph over the last 12 years. I have done at least 3 purchases and several refi with him. Joseph and his team are very knowledgeable about the process and prompt to respond.
