We were buying a new home in Chicago, IL and was shopping around locally for a mortgage lender, then I remembered Joseph and gave him a call. We got the best rates with lender credits, opting for 7 yr ARM as Joseph suggested. Joseph helped us through-out the process and and the jumbo loan closed in less than a month. Highly recommend!
