I highly recommend Joseph for your mortgage loan needs. He closely worked with me from pre-approval to all the way to closing and later. He was able to beat all competitive quotes I received from other lenders. He personally prepared me with right advises upfront - with timely follow ups when my responses were not fast enough. We were buying a new home in Chicago, IL and was shopping around locally for a mortgage lender, then I remembered Joseph and gave him a call. We got the best rates with lender credits, opting for 7 yr ARM as Joseph suggested. Joseph helped us through-out the process and and the jumbo loan closed in less than a month. Highly recommend!
