We ran into a tricky situation with out mortgage which was correctly identified by Joseph and guided us appropriately. We got a great rate through Joseph and did not charge anything over superfluous expenses during the mortgage. He was very prompt in communication. He and his team helped us land our first home. We worked with Joseph on our home mortgage refinance. Joseph was transparent and courteous in our dealings and patiently answered all the questions/concerns we had during the entire process. There were few hiccups along the way, but we were able to close the refinance on time and to our satisfaction. We were able to combine our primary mortgage and HELOC to a single mortgage with a much better interest rate and with no closing cost.

Started working with Mr Joseph an year back . Especially as a new home buyer and having no idea about the whole process he was extremely courteous , never pushy, gave a lot of great advise and recommendations .
