Joseph Chacko was excellent. The process was very simple and easy. Rates and fees were the best that I found. Joseph was extremely helpful with all of my questions and flexible to accommodate my schedule. He answered all of my questions and was available anytime I needed him. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a very easy closing. Really appreciate the excellent support from his staffs too. Overall Great Experience!!

I was referred to Joseph Chacko by one of my friends and I feel that is one of the best things happened in my home purchasing experience. We ran into a tricky situation with out mortgage which was correctly identified by Joseph and guided us appropriately. We got a great rate through Joseph and did not charge anything over superfluous expenses during the mortgage. He was very prompt in communication. He and his team helped us land our first home. I had the pleasure of working with Joseph multiple times for my home and rental properties. He is very honest, professional, and quick to respond to questions. We worked with Joseph on our home mortgage refinance. Joseph was transparent and courteous in our dealings and patiently answered all the questions/concerns we had during the entire process. There were few hiccups along the way, but we were able to close the refinance on time and to our satisfaction. We were able to combine our primary mortgage and HELOC to a single mortgage with a much better interest rate and with no closing cost.
