The front staff gave a key to my apartment, and to my room, to a random person trying to sublease from my room mate. They were shady characters too, not that it matters. Poorly run and will cause issues when they break your lease, credit home buying in future ect. It's not safe.
Don't be fooled by the tour, nice pool and the fake good reviews. They don't give a damn about you. I was given a broken window from a rifle on move in day. I was matched with terrible drug/alcohol addict roommates and cops came to the apartment more than once. They don't make an effort to help you at all, instead, they will make you look bad in the entire office and make you sound like a liar so it won't ruin their company's reputation. The maintenance needs a lot of work. We have put in numerous complaints and filed for new appliances but have had yet to hear back.
This place has already placed a sour taste in my mouth and move-in was just on the 19th. Student employees say one thing to ease the residents and management does another by doing conniving actions. If you are considering this place, take a look at the other options available in Gainesville. Save yourself the headache and aggravation. I wish I would have listened to friends and coworkers before signing a lease.
