Me gusta donde esta ubicado pero deberá mejorar sus instalaciones. (Hall de los apartamentos; escaleras, algunas mejoras en los apartamentos como cambio de electrodomésticos o por lo menos mantenimiento)
Cabana is by far the worst apartment complex .. For your own good save your money and time and rent in other place. They are super irresponsible and want to charge you for things that aren't yours be careful and save your receipts. It is also dirty and when you call to fix something they say they would go but never do! Save your time and money DO NOT SIGN HERE!!!
I used to think the apartment complex I lived in before was bad but now I wish I would have stayed there instead of moving here. The management has moved 4+ crazy girls into this apartment and when you complain they don't do ish. Two of my roommates have had illegal animals that they don't take care of. I have been complaining about the cat since the first week of June yet guess what? The cat is still there stinking up the place. The prices are nice, you won't find anything in Gainesville as cheap. But you get what you pay for! The maintenance crew takes months, literally months, to fix ANYTHING. If you have a complaint it's best to just avoid the front desk and go straight to a manager. I've complained about something and was told it would be fixed within a few days. After a few days I go back and am told a maintenance request was never filled out. So talking to the front desk is pretty much like talking to a brick wall. The wood lines are INFESTED ... read more
