Cabana is very affordable however there are some things that outweigh the great price such as maintenance. A month ago I requested having the TV stand and coffee table removed since I brought my own and to fix the running water in my toilet. My initial request was on Aug 25th when I turned in my move in checklist and this issue has not been resolved YET a month and days later and I am very concerned about my utility bill. The "customer service" at Cabana Beach is non-existent. They do not return phone calls or emails sent to them. My son recently left there. I received a Final Account Statement saying we owe $25.00 for "dining table". We have no idea what this charge pertains to and cannot reach anyone there to discuss the charge. I experienced similar problems with a lack of customer service while my son lived there. My advice to prospective tenants "look around at other places before signing with this place".

After 7 complaints, my horse neighbors continue to cause bad, obnoxious noise from horseplaying!! Im soo sick of nothing being done! My neighbors are soo disrespectful of who is below them! I will never recommend to move here unless this issue is completely resolved!
The worst apartment complex in Gainesville. Trust me. Don't do it! They will fuck you over!! Maintenance sucks. The apartments are full of mold. Carpet smells like piss. They charge you for a months rent when you first move in and end up kicking you out earlier. They only care about recruiting new residents but once you're here your life will be hell trying to get them to listen to you.
