This past weekend my Cadillac CTS had a "nervous breakdown" Due to age and mileage of the vehicle it was not cost prohibitive to sink money into this car. Enter Patrick Cadillac I have been a customer of their's for almost 20 years off and on. Last night they were able to create magic and getting me into a used 2010 Cadillac SRX. We just bout a 2017 XT5 from Roger Summers. Our experience was seamless and Roger did an excellent job in making sure all of our needs were fulfilled. He took that extra step to be there for us and explained everything in detail to make sure we understand the price as well all of the functions of this car. His customer service was perfect. I wish other salesmen followed in his footsteps.
