Leased a 2016 SRX at the end of January. Am very happy with it. Grant is a great salesman. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and have managed a Porsche dealership. Grant is a true professional - He is knowledgeable and does everything he can to help. On my last SRX - the Air Con compressor blew - Patrick took care of the problem. Have dealt with Justin on my last lease - (he now runs the Volvo side of their business) and found him also to be very professional and helpful. Great service for many years. Deal with Grant, he is a winner!!
Bought my SRX at a different dealer and that was a huge mistake ! Since then , I've always taken my car to Patrick for service. They've caught mistakes made by that other dealer and corrected them, all while providing excellent customer service. Won't be going anywhere else !
