Hidden fees and disrespectful treatment. This was the definition of shady business dealings. A $1500 hidden fee is unacceptable. When I pointed it out they tried to show me other numbers rather than acknowledge. Then had the nerve to be immovable on the price... like at all. They even knew we were prior customers. Don’t go to Patrick Cadillac. Apparently they have changed their business practices. Disappointed I gave them an opportunity. No desire to earn my business.
Do not reccomend!!! Bought a 2015 Mustang GT on 12/22/2017 with no issues,there was an accident reported but the salesperson told me that happened on the dealer parking lot. Today I went on another dealer to trade the car and the CarFax report got updated on 11/30/2018 with the accident details showing as a Structural Damage that can affect the safety and reliability of the car, so my car is depreciated at least $10k due to that and I lost the deal on the new car. We've had nothing but delay and upset after our purchase from Patrick Cadillac of Schaumburg. We purchased a certified preowned 2018 XT5 a bit over a month ago. This is our 3rd Cadillac, we love the "Cadillac Service" that is normally received but don't expect this from Patrick. We noticed our names had been misspelled at the signing, before we completed, but even after corrections were made we had once slip through the cracks. Unfortunately it was our registration.
