VERY disappointed with customer service in the service department. They told me I didn’t owe anything then almost a month later the Manager calls with an attitude. Didn’t apologize that they made a mistake just wanted his money. Horrible experience. They also make it impossible for you to talk to someone about poor experience. Very frustrated.

This dealership has been awful. The only great person there is salesman Merza. First we were told they couldn't find the key to the Benz we purchased and they said they would send us a check to get it replaced. They wanted to send a check for 200.00 when the key was over that. After arguing and taking over a week they called Mercedes told me it was taken care of to take the car in that they sent a check. Once I called Mercedes they said no they told us you would pay it. The worst dealer that I've ever dealt with Mike the used car manager is a biggest liar you'll ever meet they sell lemons they don't care about their customers and they don't stand behind their work or cars. There are lemon laws and there are lawyers. Since they can't return a phone call the general manager general sales manager or the owner let's have fun in court!
Both finance department and General manager are rude!! Do not go here!!!

The worst car buying experience ever! How do I give a negative rating??!! Purchased a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer, and paid cash for it ($7,000 that I as a single father of 3 saved over 2 years to purchase a reliable vehicle) Not even 90 days later the transmission blows on it with 95,000 miles. Their response “sorry about your luck”

You guys are liars!! Drove 92 miles one way, for a car you said you had, called before we took the ride,and tried switching with a different car!! Who does that shit!!!
