I'm from Indiana and I purchased an new Escalade in November 2017. I found the exact vehicle I wanted via online and arranged the trade in and sale over the phone. The up front negotiation was great and I got the price I wanted for the vehicle. The day of the sale it took forever to get the sales transaction completed. They have an administration problem. Lease a Cadillac Escalade had difficulties communicating with them on their next business day over some missing front rubber floor mats and some noticeable black spots over the roof ! I never got no where with anyone from sales up to customer relations department. Plates are expired today and no plates on my mail ! Witch they made me paid for! That's just some of the issues My advice. If you are from out of town ! Don't buy they must figure you will never drive up to them again for anything!

I bought a Cadillac escalade from them within 1 week the engine started knocking l wen back and they told me the SUV was ok no probles with the engine l got GMC involved the manager call them up and told them he was helping me and that we didn't have a problem, l wen back 4 times for the same reason till the manager told me straight up what you want? I will start off by saying that I am quite satisfied with the sales and service department at Patrick Cadillac unfortunately the same cannot be said for the collision center nor its representatives or it's craftsmanship.. I just picked up my Cadillac from the collision center found out I was lied to by Tim over there about the Turnaround time from his manager Don. Brought in my '07 STS with 26K miles due to a service message received. They replaced a module at around $1300. There was no change and the problem continued and when I brought it back in they gave it a sun bath and told me they could not service it without seeing the message. They didn't "see" the message the first time and still they replace a thousand dollar computer part that I apparently did not need. I wish I could give them 0 stars, but I can't. Last October we leased an XTS "Service Loaner" and was told it was new, except for the 2,000 miles or so on it. Actually, I like the car - not up to the quality of my Honda Pilot, but OK. Anyway, I had a small wreck about a month ago and when I looked at the damage, I got a handfull of plastic. Ironically, this car had been hit in approximately the same spot before, but much harder.
