Am at a hotel. In the note I asked for utensils and plates. No utensils or plates. Contacted GH, GH contacted Cafe. Answer - Cafe doesn't "usually include utensils, etc." Excuse me, Cafe, but you're delivering to a hotel, and the request was made IN CAPITAL LETTERS.

Great food. I had the chicken paella and a couple of the tapas. The meal itself was great. There was a table of ladies next to me that were drinking a lot, so after they started to get loud, I had to leave because I couldn't hear my sister. I would definitely go back and try another paella.
