Excellent Tapas, the Paella wasn't as good at some other spanish restaurants, yet the dish was remarkably cheap so I guess you just pay for what you get. Yet the Tapas dishes are mighty tasty, and the different Sangria fruit flavors are definitely worth a try.
This is an excellent tapas restaurant brought to us by the Lettuce Entertainment group. The quality of food compares to any restaurant in Spain.
This place along with "Arco de Cuchilleros" further up on North Halstad are fun places to go, along with the very good food. Second-best place for Tapas in the City after Emillios on Clark and Fullerton. Since you are trying several different things, feel free to experiment a little. I like a variety of both hot and cold tapas, and have never been disappionted yet. My wife's vote for the best chocolate cake in the city.
This is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Chicago, and one of my favorites anywhere. Fantastic selection of cold and hot tapas at about $5 each. Prices, food (tapas) & sangria are as good as in Iberico, but this place is more quiet. Problems with parking place, but this is normal in Chicago so enjoy.
The tapas were so outstanding -- we didn't even bother with entrees, and all the tapas are $5 or less. Totally delicious! And try the Sangria, too.
