The service was good and so was the food. A bit too crowded and noisy.
While food was good, seating was tight. Wait staff was extremely pleasant and helpful in getting us out in time for our show.
This place is one of my favorites in the city. It's right across from Lincoln Center and the food is fantastic. Everything is fresh and delicious. The waitstaff are always suggesting different items on the menu. It feels like Italy right in Manhattan.
Cafe Fiorello is a fun place to go after a concert. The appetizers and salads were the high points. Our waiter was very good and rightly advised us to split the lasagna. It was enormous. Although it is a specialty of the house, I would not order it again. It is an open face dish that is put under a broiler, so the edges of the pasta are crisp, almost overcooked. I would go again, but order a different main course.
Hands down one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to. Cannot wait to return.
Food and service were great--noise levels are high but will go back for the food and the location which is so convenient to Lincoln Center.
