Alissa, our waitor, was outstanding. The pasta dishes were delicious - I recommend the lasagna however come hungry or be willing to share!
Wonderful place--always good--always honors reservations--wine by the glass always fresh--fairly priced--efficient--lively and enjoyable
very good food. but unnecessarily expensive. dinner for 2 with 2 glasses of wine and no dessert was $150. not recession-friendly.
The food was fantastic and the service was superb. The portions were generous, especially for an early diiiner. The location could not be better for a dinner before an opera at the Met.
The lasagne was terrific. Service was great.
This place is just too noisy and too crowded for me. I don't know why I went back there.
A decent choice for dining before Lincoln Center. Food ranges from ordinary to quite good, service is often swift when curtain-time looms. But better Italian food is available elsewhere at lower prices. Cafe Fiorello is jammed, pre-theater, chiefly because of its location.
Food and ambience were great. Although I had booked through Open Table more than a week in advance, they did not have a reservation in my name in their books. They did find me a table, although it was not in the best location and was very cramped.
We loved it from start to finish. We went before a show at the Lincoln centre. It was perfect. The antipasto bar was fabulous and the service was excellent.
