Matteo, the current chef, has lifted Cafe Fiorello out of the doldrums. He seems to know how to wow the palate and satisfy an appetite. Extraordinary. Wonderful place for breakfast. Plentiful coffee, great service, wide selection, good food.
Great dinner experience for drinks, date or night at the theater.
Awesome evening. Not completely all 5 cuz lots of couple seating on booth tables and we were offered small table and fried artichoke portón small for price but very good. Had the cauliflower Milanese, zucchini Parmesan and eggplant rollatini and they were awesome. Great service from Nick. Our chicken and veal pepperoni Parmesan to die for. Best limoncello pie.
Seared tuna was heavenly
Usually one of our regular go-to places at Lincoln Center, but two days ago it was a real turn-off. Deafening noise (amplified by their tin ceiling), rushed and inattentive service (repeated requests for everything from oil at the beginning to dessert menus at the end), sloppy practices (a dropped knife picked up from the floor and replaced on the shelf).
