Love the Antipasto Bar and daily variations. Would like the option of 6 choices at both lunch AND DINNER meals. My friends had fish dishes that were excellent. Excellent chunky chocolate bits offered when you leave. They are yummy! We come here regularly. Great neighborhood gem.

Food was good, but dining room was cramped - one table so close to the next that table had to be pulled out to get the person on the banquette out.

Dinner is a zoo if you are going to a Lincoln center program. After 7:30 is fine Lunch was a treat. So many choices including a $26 3 course prix fixe. I had the scallops on a bed of quinoa . Only 3 scallops ( $29) but very tasty my guest had the prix fixe, a super bargain Food is very good On the way outBe sure to look in the big covered silver pots on your left, just before you exit . Sometimes fudge squares sometimes just baked cc cookies. Both extraordinary

A fantastic antipasto stretches across the entire front. So much to enjoy, the entrees are excellent with an effort placed on authentic Northern Italian. It is known for pre- Lincoln Center events but it is genuinely satisfying.

What a great location near Lincoln Center. We celebrated our Anniversary here and the dinner was so wonderful. The food, the service and the special touches provided by the restaurant made the celebration memorable. The specialty Lasagna was unique and delicious, as was the Pasta and eggplant. Our waiter did a wonderful job making our evening feel very special. The restaurant added a Champagne Toast and after dinner Limoncello(gratis) which was very nice and appreciated. Little touches like this puts a restaurant in a elite ... read more

The restaurant always seems to be full, so our expectations were high. We ordered the price fixe lunch and were somewhat disappointed. The salad was barely a salad. The salmon was OK. Nice touches included muffins served after dinner as well as freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.

Despite its popularity and coveted location, the Maitre d' usually finds a table for two who just "dropped in." Service is generally fine, considerate. Great place for vegetarians (try the vegetable antipasto combos) and carnivores as well. Looove the sweet good-bye at the door: homemade chocolate bark, silky, sensual, satisfying.
