I normally eat brunch or dinner here but was in the area at lunch and chose the prix fixe menu. Probably that was the problem: the vegetable soup while a large portion and tasty was just luke warm and the veal and artichokes both were tough. I will stick to a la carte offerings if I return as the fried artichokes have always been reliable and the shell fish is generally, also. Special kudos to our waitress who was extremely pleasant.

Our table was ready when we arrived. Our server was at our table as soon as we were comfortablely seated. with an offer of drinks which was much appreciated on what turned out to be a very cold night.

The lunch menu offered a good choice of typical Italian fare. The waiters wereceager to explain in detail and happy to changeif not as expected. I particularly enjoyed the superb fried artichokes.

We often eat at Cafe Fiorello before opera at the Met, because it's fun, the food is generally good, and they are expert at getting you out in time for your performance at Lincoln Center. That makes up for a lot. But this past Saturday night at 6 pm it was a zoo. Despite having reserved well ahead of time, our group of five was squished uncomfortably into a table for four. The menu had changed since last time we were there: you can no longer get one of their wonderful thin pizzas until after 8 pm, and there was a much more r... read more

A reliably delicious meal in Lincoln Center area. Service was fantastic, even in an atmosphere that can be a bit chaotic given its LC proximity and popularity. Menu variety is terrific, and food quality consistently delicious.

The fish entrees were very dry. Other than that everything was delicicious, particularly pasta with eggplant. Service was attentive, and the location is wonderful for concert-goers. There is always room for improvement, so we're hoping for the best and will return.

A good choice fro a relatively reasonably priced, well-prepared meal near Lincoln Center. This is not a destination restaurant.

My Father, Joel Finkelstein recommended we dine there after the Opera. Since he bought the very expensive Opera Tickets to La Boheme we were determined to take care of dinner. I made the reservation in the name of Sharon Cooper. From the moment we walked in the red carpet was rolled out for us. Michael knew my father immediately. We were greeted like we were family. He moved us to a better table and brought Proseco to the table. They catered to my picky 12 year old who was over tired. The food was beyond delicious. My husban... read more
